Propertymark is the unified professional body formed in 2017 by bringing together several longstanding property trade associations under one umbrella: the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA, established 1962), the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA, established 1981), the Institute of Commercial and Business Agents (ICBA), and the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA). It sets professional standards and qualifications for agents across residential sales, lettings, commercial agency, and auctions.
