Position

The service model is the trade-off. Capturing media in-house with a 360° camera or a phone is cheaper per listing and available immediately; a booked professional costs more and requires scheduling, but produces consistent output without training negotiators to be photographers. FocalAgent publishes outcome claims drawn from its own 2022 dataset of 2,331,408 properties: that listings with its marketing pack were 39.4% more likely to complete and achieved 1.63% more on price, and that floor plans lifted click-through by 52%. These are supplier-reported figures from supplier-held data rather than independent findings, and are worth treating accordingly.
