Fixflo handles one part of property management in depth: what happens when something breaks. A repair report arrives from a tenant, has to be triaged, assigned to a contractor, tracked to completion, and evidenced afterwards — and in a portfolio of any size that flow generates more day-to-day work than almost anything else a property manager does.

Position

Fixflo is a component rather than a platform: agencies typically run it alongside a CRM and a client accounting system, because repairs is the part those systems handle least well. Its reach extends beyond high-street lettings into block management, build-to-rent, student accommodation, social housing and commercial property — sectors that share the same underlying problem at very different scales.

The company reports over 2,000 agencies using the product across more than 1.6 million UK units, with over 150,000 maintenance tasks processed monthly. It trades as Fixflo by Aareon, following its acquisition by the European property software group.
