Auction Marketer is not property-specific — it is back-office and bidding software built for auction houses generally, sold across fine art, vehicles, plant and salvage as well as property. The property line sits alongside those other sectors rather than as a standalone product, which distinguishes it from iamsold’s single-purpose Modern Method of Auction platform.

What It Does

• Bidding: live webcast bidding and timed online “Bid Up Now” formats, plus marketplace and make-offer listings
• Back office: cataloguing, lot management, customer and inventory tracking
• Settlement: invoice generation, vendor payouts, commission tracking and reconciliation
• Listings: integration with Rightmove and Zoopla for property lots
• Accounting: integration with Xero and Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central

Position

Because the platform is white-labelled auction infrastructure rather than a marketplace of its own, an agency or auction house running property lots through it keeps its own brand in front of bidders — the opposite trade-off to listing through a portal. The Rightmove and Zoopla integration lets that same auction stock still surface on the major portals without duplicate entry.

The company states it powers over £1.5 billion in annual hammer value and £25 billion or more in bids across its client base, and has operated since 2006.
