Arthur is a cloud property management platform aimed at organisations that manage property rather than sell it. Its distinguishing choice is breadth of portfolio type: the same system is offered for residential lettings, commercial property and block management, where many competitors specialise in one.

It integrates outward rather than covering everything itself, connecting to Xero for accounting, the major portals for listings, Fixflo for repairs and TransUnion for referencing. The company reports over 200,000 registered users and more than 145,000 units listed.
